The Southfield Community Anti-Drug Coalition (SCADC) began operating in April 2018. The Coalition serves the community in Southfield and is comprised of community members who are dedicated to educating our community on substance abuse. Our Advisory Board Members reflect the 12 Sectors of our community.
The
SCADC’s mission is to create
productive opportunities to build healthy communities for
youth and families through education, support and resources
that lead to the reduction of substance use. We use a comprehensive
approach to engage and educate our children, parents, and community, and
promote alternative activities for youth which will reduce risk factors and
increase protective factors.
